Add your Mornflake Jumbo Scottish Oats and liquid to a pan, leaving on low heat for around 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Leave your oats to cook to your desired consistency, adding more liquid if required.
When almost ready to serve, dice your apple, adding to a saucepan on medium-low heat with your butter and maple syrup, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Leave to cook for a minute or two, continue to stir, then leave to cook for another minute or two.
Once you’re happy with how your apples are cooked, take your oats and apple off the heat, pour your oats into a serving bowl, then top with your apple, peanut butter, and some maple syrup.
