Fresh lime adds a tangy flavour to this refreshing smoothie. Made with watermelon, coconut water and gluten-free oats, it’s perfect for a hot summer day.

250g watermelon
300-350ml coconut water
Juice of ½ lime
40g Mornflake Gluten Free oats
Before blending your smoothie, soak the oats in the coconut water for 5-10 minutes. Then add the rest of the ingredients to your blender and blitz until smooth. Serve over ice.
