Adding almond butter, cashew milk and Superfast oats to this fruity smoothie gives it a deliciously thick, creamy consistency, while dairy-free yogurt keeps it vegan. It’s a great addition to your breakfast repertoire for Veganuary. Created specially for our smoothie competition by Gains 4 Girls.
40g Superfast oats
70g raspberries
250ml cashew milk
100g dairy-free yoghurt
1 tbsp milled flaxseed
20g almond butter
Handful of ice cubes
Pop all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tumbler and top with a sprinkle of milled flaxseed.
