A lunch to leave others green with envy. This delicious, vibrant smoothie is healthy as they come.
75g frozen peas
1 banana, frozen
25g Mornflake Jumbo Oats
A handful of spinach
6 fresh mint leaves, or more to taste
180ml oat milk, or milk of choice
¼ of a cucumber
½ ripe avocado
Toppings (optional)
Sliced cucumber
Sesame seeds
Granola
Fresh peas
Fresh mint leaves
Simply place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Taste, and add additional mint leaves if necessary.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and serve with the recommended toppings, or toppings of your choice.
