For the smoothie bowl
30g Mornflake Organic Superfast Oats
3 tbsp coconut yoghurt
1 banana
80g strawberries, fresh or frozen
70g raspberries, fresh or frozen
To decorate
Banana
Raspberries
Strawberries
Blueberries
Coconut yoghurt
Add all the smoothie ingredients to your blender cup and blend until smooth and creamy.
Spoon the strawberry and raspberry smoothie into a bowl and decorate with sliced banana, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and coconut yoghurt.
