2 super ripe bananas, mashed + an extra banana to slice.
2 tbsp smooth nut butter (cashew is best)
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 tbsp oat flour (Mornflake Superfast Oats blended)
4 tbsp Mornflake Oatbran
60g vanilla whey protein powder
200ml milk
1 tbsp yoghurt
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Sprinkle of nutmeg
Pinch of salt
