Pistachio Chocolate Granola Bites

Ingredients

125ml melted pistachio cream

125g of your favourite Mornflake Granola 

200g milk or dark chocolate

Method

  • Melt your pistachio cream, then mix with your Mornflake Granola and form into four to five clusters on a baking tray.
  • Freeze for at least one hour until they’ve set, then melt your chocolate to coat.
  • Coat each bite in chocolate, sprinkle with maldon salt, then refrigerate until set and store in a box for up to one month.
