Peaches, cinnamon and a hint of nutmeg are a wonderful combination, giving your morning oat smoothie a lightly spiced sweetness.
30g Mornflake Organic Superfast Oats
2 ripe peaches
1 small banana
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Small pinch ground nutmeg
240ml almond milk
Add all the ingredients to your blender cup and blend until smooth and creamy. If you have time leave the oats to soak in the milk for 10 minutes before adding the rest of the ingredients and blending until smooth.
Pour into a bottle and enjoy.
