Add the contents of your Savoury Oat Made pouch to a medium microwave-safe bowl, adding 2 tbsp of soy sauce. Microwave on full power for 2 minutes.
Once you’re ready to serve, put your Oat Made oats into a smaller serving bowl, using the back of a spoon to pack it down tightly.
Place a plate over the bowl, then flip. Place the plate down onto a flat surface, patting the base of the bowl so the oats slide out and don’t get stuck in the bowl. Set aside whilst you make your omelette.
For the omelette, add 1 tsp oil to a non-stick frying pan on medium heat, allowing to melt.
Crack your eggs into a bowl, whisking well with a sprinkle of salt and a splash of milk, until the whites and yolks are fully incorporated.
Pour your eggs into the pan, allowing them to settle & cook slightly on the bottom.
Start to mix the egg, shaking the pan at the same time, to make a soft scramble.
Once the base of the omelette is firmer, but the egg is still runny, remove from the heat.
Fold it into an omelette, tilting the pan so you can keep the centre runny, then carefully tip onto your oat made.
Split the omelette open, allowing it to fall over the oats, then top with ketchup or curry sauce.
