Ingredients

1 large wrap (the bigger the better)

2 tbsp yoghurt or sour cream

Handful of finely sliced lettuce

2 tbsp Mexican Style Oat Made pouch

2 tbsp salsa

2 tbsp guacamole

2 slices fried halloumi

Sprinkle of grated cheddar

Chopped coriander

Chopped spring onions

Optional: pickled jalapeños

Method

  • Fry your halloumi & prep all your burrito ingredients – chop your veg, make any sauces which aren’t store-bought, and microwave your Mexican Style Oat Made pouch.
  • To assemble the burrito, lay down your warm tortilla on a board, then add 2 tbsp of yoghurt, followed by your oat made, then top with your sliced lettuce, salsa, guacamole, cheese, fresh herbs & onion, and finally your halloumi.
  • Roll your burrito up from the end, folding over, then fold the sides in to make a burrito. Roll up tightly, and if it splits, or the wrap is too small, wrap tightly again in another tortilla – having 2 will make a thick wall, so the ingredients are compact.
  • Serve on their own or with tortilla chips.
