Step up your cereal game with our oat milk three ways.
Vanilla
100g Mornflake Scottish Jumbo Oats
960ml cold water
1 tsp vanilla, paste or extract
⅛ tsp xanthum gum
Strawberry
100g Mornflake Scottish Jumbo Oats
960ml cold water
300g fresh strawberries
⅛ tsp xanthum gum
Chocolate
100g Mornflake Scottish Jumbo Oats
960ml cold water
40g cacao powder
2 medjool dates, pitted
⅛ tsp xanthum gum
For each flavour of oat milk, simply add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth (be careful not to over blend, as the oats will go slimey when warm).
Strain the milk through a cheesecloth, strainer or a clean towel.
Pour into a large clean glass bottle and store in the fridge for up to a week.
Shake before each use, to stop the separation.
