Soak your milk and Mornflake Granola in a cup or a bowl for anywhere between 10 to 30 minutes – the longer you leave them to soak, the more the granola flavour will come through.
When ready to serve, add ice to your serving glass, followed by your syrup, then pour over your milk, using a sieve to stop the granola from getting into your serving glass.
Pour over your brewed shot of espresso, top with whipped cream, a mini gingerbread man, some cinnamon and an extra sprinkle of granola.
