Your colleagues will be green with envy when you take this creamy pot of pistachio and matcha oats into work. Don’t forget the nutty and sweet pear topping!
100g Mornflake Gluten Free Superfast oats
120ml Coconut kefir
120ml Coconut milk
2 tbsp Vanilla protein powder (or 1 tsp vanilla bean paste)
1 tbsp Chia seeds
2 tsp Matcha powder
Toppings
1 fresh pear, chopped
2 tbsp pistachios, chopped
2 tsp rice syrup
Place all of the ingredients for the creamy matcha and pistachio oats into a bowl and stir well. Divide between two jars and refrigerate overnight.
Serve with chopped pear, pistachios and a drizzle of rice syrup.
