Melt your butter into your mug, then mix through your cocoa powder, sugar and a splash of hot water.
Add your flours, mixing well with a pinch of salt – add a splash more water if needed. It should be a very thick cake batter consistency.
Flatten your cake out with the back of a spoon, then sprinkle with 1 tbsp of sugar and 1 tsp of cocoa powder. Add a few tbsp of water to the top, until your chocolate powder dissolves, then microwave your mug cake on full power for one minute.
