60ml boiling water
1 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of salt
FOR THE TOASTIE, per toastie
1/4 pumpkin, cut into chunks and roasted
100g brie
1 tbsp cranberry sauce
1 tbsp mayo
Onion slices
Optional: rosemary or sage
2 slices sourdough
