A smoothie bowl is a great way to start your day with plenty of fruit. Blending blackberries and acai, which are full of natural antioxidants, with oats and yoghurt gives this healthy breakfast a creamy texture and natural sweetness.
150g blackberries
1 x 100g packet of frozen acai
1 small banana
40g Mornflake Creamy Superfast Oats
2 heaped tbsp of coconut yoghurt
Toppings
A few blackberries
A small spoonful of coconut yoghurt
A few chopped almonds
Drizzle of chocolate
Remove the frozen acai from the freezer for 15 minutes or run it under a tap before blending. Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Spoon into a bowl, add a scoop of yoghurt, scatter with blackberries, and almonds and finish with a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
