Forget waiting for the ice cream van to jingle down your street this summer, our fruit-packed ice pops are ready to wow at the first sight of sunshine.
225g fresh berries (we used raspberries and strawberries)
1 ripe banana
100g Mornflake Organic Porridge Oats
3-4 tbsp maple syrup, to taste
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla, extract or paste
50g dark chocolate, melted (optional)
Simply place all of the ingredients, except from the dark chocolate, into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the ice lolly moulds, and add in the wooden sticks.
Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours, or leave overnight.
Remove the popsicles from the mould and drizzle 1 tbsp dark chocolate over each popsicle.
Enjoy right away, or place back into the freezer until ready to eat.
