For your French toast, mix together your eggs & milk with your Mornflake Medium Oatmeal, until fully combined, then dip in your slice of brioche, leaving to soak on either side for about one minute.
When ready to serve, add 1 tsp of butter to a pan, leaving to melt on medium-low heat.
Once your butter is melted, add your French toast to your pan, frying on each side for about one and a half minutes, until golden brown & ‘leopardy’.
Whilst the French toast is frying, mix your almond butter and maple syrup together until they make a smooth caramel.
Add your French toast to a plate, topping with one tbsp of your caramel, then top with your banana slices and yoghurt, a sprinkle more of oatmeal, and finish with maple syrup.
