Put a refreshing spin on your breakfast, with over night oats also known as bircher. Prep the night before and layer up with chia pudding and yogurt in the morning. This is a delicious mix of oats, banana, chocolate and yoghurt.
Bircher layer
100g Mornflake Gluten-Free Superfast Oats
1 banana, mashed
2 tbsp. of cacao powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
250ml nut milk
Caramel Chia Pudding layer
80g chia seeds
260ml nut milk
3 tbsps. Grade A Maple syrup (to taste)
To serve
1 banana, sliced
3-4 dessertspoons of Coconut yoghurt
Cacao nibs
Chocolate drizzle
