First, make your Oat Bran crisp – preheat your oven to 170°C.
To a bowl, add all your ingredients, mixing well, then flatten out onto a lined baking tray, spreading to the thickness of a £2 coin.
Prick the top with a fork, then top with a mixture of seeds if you’d like, then bake for 30 minutes, or until your crisp has turned golden brown, and is crisp to the touch. Leave to cool.
Whilst your crisp bakes, prep and bake your camembert – use a knife to score a criss-cross pattern on the top, then bake in the same oven for 25-30 minutes.
Once your oat bran cracker has crisped up, break and serve on a board with your Camembert, drizzled in honey.
