600g aubergine (or 2 medium sized)
150g 72%+ dark chocolate
140g Mornflake Gluten Free Oats
130g dates, pitted
100g coconut oil
100g ground almonds
4 tbsp grade A maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
