150g frozen mango
1 small apple
2 dates, stones removed
30g Mornflake Gluten Free Oats
300-350ml of coconut milk
¼ tsp ground turmeric powder
Add all the ingredients to your blender and leave to stand for 5 minutes until the oats soften then blend until smooth and creamy.
