Is there *anything* a good dollop of peanut butter can’t make better!? We’re happy to report, when spooned onto fresh berries and crunchy granola – it’s about as good as it gets come breakfast time.
200g frozen acai
100g frozen strawberries
100g frozen blueberries
160ml dairy-free milk
30g Mornflake Scottish Jumbo Oats
1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
½ tbsp chia seeds
Toppings
Homemade granola (see spiced plum recipe for granola recipe)
A handful of fresh strawberries
A handful of raspberries
A spoonful of peanut butter
Simply add all of the ingredients for the acai smoothie into a blender and blend until smooth.
Spoon into a bowl, and serve right away with toppings of choice.
