Oatbran is the fibre-rich outer layer of the grain, which provides fewer calories and around 50% more fibre than standard oats. Oatbran is very filling (and so satisfying!), which makes it a great addition to a pre-workout morning smoothie.
1 pear, cored
½ tsp ground ginger

220ml unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp Mornflake Oatbran
½ tbsp honey
