Use beautiful blood oranges while they’re in season to make this sweet berry smoothie. A sprinkle of baobab powder adds a zingy flavour too.
160g frozen berries
360ml blood orange juice
1 banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
25g Mornflake Jumbo oats
1 tsp baobab powder (optional)
Toppings
A few frozen raspberries
Sprinkle of orange zest
Sprinkle of chia seeds
Simply place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into the glasses and top with frozen raspberries, orange zest and chia seeds.
