Treat yourself to crumble for breakfast with our healthier nutty version, made from baked berries with an oaty topping.
For the crumble
50g (½ cup) Mornflake Superfast oats
30g (¼ cup) oat flour
30g (¼ cup) pecans, ground
60g (¼ cup) almond butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
For the filling
100g (¾ cup) frozen cherries
100g (¾ cup) frozen blackberries
100g (¾ cup) frozen blueberries
100g (¾ cup) frozen raspberries
1 apple, chopped
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp cornflour
To serve
Dairy-free cream or vanilla yoghurt
Preheat the oven to 180c.
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the crumble until you have a crumb like consistency and set to one side.
In another bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the filling and divide between 4 large ramekins.
Divide the crumble mixture between the 4 ramekins and place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with dairy-free cream or yoghurt.
