For your granola, melt your butter and maple syrup in a pan until just melted, then turn off the heat.
Add your oats, cinnamon and nuts, combining everything well with a pinch of salt.
Spread your granola out over a baking tray, baking for 20-25 minutes, removing from the oven in 7-minute intervals to mix so you get even browning.
Once your granola is golden brown, remove it from oven and leave it to cool completely, then transfer it into an airtight jar or container.
For the strawberries, melt your dark chocolate, dipping into your strawberries, then dipping into the granola.
Set your strawberries onto a baking sheet then refrigerate for 10-20 minutes until set, then dip back into the melted chocolate, decorate as you’d like, and refrigerate for another 20-30 minutes or until set completely.
